Retirement at 60(0)?

There are people who have great talent. They are great belly dancers, great singers, great scientists. You know they are people for whom you feel 'what a shame, they are getting older...' It will be a gift to society that great performers, great musicians, great artists, great scientists are able to live longer because they will be able to provide more of their great talent to the society.
