Europe continues to be the

Disney breaking the knot with Big Mac (IIPM-Publication)



Walt Disney Co., the world’s premier entertainment company and McDonald’s, the big fast food giant have recently terminated their marketing alliance. The marketing alliance will end with the release of the Pixar movies “Cars” and Disney’s “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest. The twosome have however revealed that the decade-old marketing alliance was not terminated because of an unfavourable relationship. A separate announcement was made by the two entities, expressing their desire to break up. They added that the break-up would not cause concern for the youth.

For them, the upcoming elections should be akin to a socialite discovering a blockbuster discount on Louis Vuitton bags. Now, here’s some news for you: several TV channels have opted out of featuring exit polls for the upcoming melee. So far, only the new kids on the block like Channel 7 and CNN IBN (which, for instance, has a vested interest in the southern market, as most of its TRPs come from there) and their ilk are indulging in counts, and graphs and chugging along with prepoll surveys.
